Bridging/Auction Finance

Bridging Finance is short term finance, secured on property, normally for a term of 1 - 24 months. It is normally used where funds are required quickly and with the minimum of fuss. 

We work with a large number of Bridging Lenders to find suitable, bespoke solutions for your needs, on a First or Second charge basis. Bridging loans can often be arranged quickly, where required, and in some cases funding up to 85% of the property value is available (in some cases 100% of the value with additional security). Finance can be arranged for Residential property (including HMO’s), Mixed use property, Commercial property and land, with or without planning. 

We also lend to 100% of refurbishment costs where applicable.

We offer a simple application process and loans are often approved in principle the same day.
